Your Cancellation
Thanks for booking with us! We love seeing you in our Assisi salon, but we also know that life sometimes gets busy and you can’t always make your appointment. We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can get you rebooked at another time, and also allow us to fill your time with another customer from our waiting list.
Whenever you book an Assisi appointment, you’ll always receive a text reminder 24 hours before your treatment. Please don’t rely solely on this text - get those diaries out, tell all your friends or else set a few alarms on your phone if you tend to forget!
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointments or “no shows” will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. This is to recoup the cost of the stylist, time and any assets such as dyes or extensions needed for your appointment.
